Public Utility Law

The Firm represents rural electric cooperatives across Iowa in matters involving all operational issues, including financing, liability exposure, insurance and compliance with state and federal law.  We also interact with state and federal rural utility associations.  We have many years of experience in dealing with member, director and information meetings of a periodic and annual nature.  The Firm's attorneys regularly communicate with utility lawyers nationwide to address potential concerns for our clients before they develop into agency or litigation issues.
