Probate and Estate Planning

The Firm has an active probate and trust administration practice.  It is also actively involved in tax and estate planning on behalf of clients.  

It has extensive experience in the administration of estates, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships as well as the preparation of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. 

The Firm's practice extends to estate litigation involving disputed probate proceedings, will and trust contests, personal representative accounting claims and other proceedings.  

The Firm provides advice to business owners with respect to succession planning for the family or closely held business, deferred compensation and retirement planning and advice regarding how to eliminate or minimize taxes.
