Administrative Law
The Firm maintains a substantial administrative law practice representing clients before city, state and federal agencies, boards, and commissions. Client representation may include preparation of written or oral arguments and data; appearances at public hearings to provide testimony; preparation of witnesses; and serving as client counsel at administrative hearings.
The practice of administrative law overlaps significantly with the government relations and litigation areas of law. The development of policy statements and sample modification of existing rules and regulations for consideration by agencies and governing bodies is undertaken. Where necessary the Firm pursues judicial review of agency action on behalf of clients.
